Class description
CircoBats offers Trapeze, Lyra (Aerial Hoop) and Silks in its aerial classes.
You will begin by learning the fundamentals to master all three apparatus then progress to learning more advanced poses, transitions and choreographed sequences.
Aerial training will significantly build strength and flexibility however no experience is necessary as aerials is for everyone no matter their skills, fitness level or abilities.

WattleBats
MegaBats
Students are initially grouped based on age however how they will be constantly accessed on their ability and they may be offered to change class levels accordingly. This class has no prerequisites.
What to wear
Wear comfy, stretchy clothing that does not restrict your movement and refrain from clothing with zips. We advise close fitting clothing as baggy items may become caught on the aerial equipment.
It is important to wear layers that cover the backs of knees, back, hips, armpits and elbows as these areas are prone to bumps, bruises and burns.
Long hair must be tied back, and all jewellery removed.
