CircoBats Pricing.

At CircoBats, we’re passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and supportive community where everyone can experience the joy of circus arts. As a registered not-for-profit charity, our fees are carefully set to cover essential costs such as venue lease, council rates, insurance, equipment, and — most importantly — the amazing coaches who bring our programs to life. We’re committed to keeping fees as low as possible, so more people can enjoy the CircoBats experience.

Program Fees:

All prices listed are for one full term of classes. Fees vary depending on class type and duration

Circus / Tumbling / Dance Tumble:

45 mins: $210
60 mins: $240
75 mins: $270
90 mins: $300

Aerial:

60 mins: $270
75 mins: $300

Discounts and Promotions:

First and Second class at full rate.
Third and Subsequent classes: 20% discount.
Concession and School Card 10% off Invoice Total

Note: No casual classes. All classes billed for the full term, except for 'Come and Try' sessions if applicable.

Payments:

Fees will be issued upon processing of enrolments each term. Charges will be added to the CircoBats Customer Portal, and parents/guardians will receive an email notification advising that fees are available to view and outlining the payment due date. All payments are required to be made through the CircoBats Customer Portal. Payment instructions and account details will be available within the portal upon enrolment.

Membership and Registration Fees:

.An annual insurance and affiliation fee is payable upon registration. This fee supports our membership with Gymnastics Australia and helps ensure comprehensive coverage for all participants.

Uniforms and Equipment:

CircoBats does not require a compulsory uniform. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, flexible clothing appropriate for physical activity. All necessary equipment is provided during class.

Trial Classes:

New participants are welcome to attend a free 'Come and Try' class on their first visit. If you decide not to proceed, kindly notify us via email at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A minimum charge of 50% of the term’s fees applies to cancellations notifyed less than 7 days before the commencment of term. A late fee of $20.00 will be added to invoices not paid by the due date.

We do not offer fee reductions for missed classes, however we do offer make up sessions.
