Flexibility & Conditioning.
This class is designed to complement all classes you may do at CircoBats. It builds the foundations of tumbling, acrobatics and aerial through strengthening exercises and safely develops your flexibility through a mixture of dynamic and static stretching.
This class is for adults of all ages and abilities & has no prerequisites!

What to wear
Wear comfy, stretchy clothing that does not restrict your movement.
Socks are optional but we advise classes are done barefoot to avoid slipping on mats.
Please remove all jewellery, watches and tie long hair up.
