Hand balancing can be performed on the floor, blocks or canes and can involve standing on one hand, or twisting and bending the body to create shapes. Taught by the amazing Vanessa McGregor, this class is suitable for anyone at any level!

What to wear
Wear comfy, stretchy clothing that does not restrict your movement.
Socks are optional but we advise classes are done barefoot to avoid slipping on mats.
Please remove all jewellery, watches and tie long hair up.
